So nice to see the street in darkness show's how many people showed their respect
Just put this card together for a couple of challenges

Hi Sandra, I turned off my craft room light - which is the one at the front of the house, and lit my led candle. It was a fantastic celebration of the event.
I love your card, love the colours and subject.

Gorgeous card, love the colours.
Having been away and not seen any English papers I didn't know anything about the WW1 and the candles, would have done if I'd have known.

Oh this is lovely Sandra! A really Summery card and the butterfly is gorgeous!

Lights off and candle lit here too - my Grandfather was in the WW1 trenches. Badly gassed and then hit in the head by shrapnel. He survived but in truth I don't think he was ever the same again.

Beautiful card, great way to use your winnings! We turned off our lights and lit a candle, but sadly the rest of the street didn't. It was a very moving tribute, and especially seeing he lights go out on Big Ben.
