Princess Bell of the ball!!

 Hi and welcome to my post

As i was going from blog to blog i came across a challenge from
stampchallenges
September something challenge
 it was brought to my attention that this is going to be its last challenge they have decided not to do anymore challenges so i thought the image below was an appropriate image to use,  i hadn't intended to enter this so quickly as i like to keep a challenge going for at least 1week before entering another but couldn't resist this one so here is my card

 Obviously i made this card for a Man but l suppose it could be for a lady too! 

And to begin with i used Black Card Stock from my stash, Background papers (Dots) from Summerdriggs, the image (Car & Gloves) came from a freebie which i have had for year's  

Mounted with 3D Sticky pads onto White card, circles cut out from Spellbinders dies, used a very thin strip of black card to make the posts for the traffic lights and Red, Amber & Green Sequins from my stash, With Love & Best Wishes Sentiments from rubber stamps Papermania, and Black Card Candy

So Adorable My Feathered Friends!

 Hello and welcome

Where oh where is our summer? 

Although its not cold there's no Sun 

 The forecast again is for rain so it looks like another great challenge
Fantastic!
Todays challenge is

With this challenge you can use old and new

So i dug out lots of (old) and only (3 new) and this is how i started

White Scalloped Card Stock 7"x5" (old)  then layered Black Card Stock (old) to give an outline under the Red Crackled Iced Card (old) which i Embossed using Swiss dots Folder 

Cuttlebug (new)

A birthday present from my son and his lovely Wife

Christmas Peel offs these go across the card and the 3 strips under the image, l bought from CreatandCraft about 6years ago one of my very 1st buys!! (old)  Used the same Black Card Stock and 3d form sticky pads (old) to mount the look, Image recently bought From Lotv Feathered Friends (New) Coloured with Promarkers (old) used a little glitter on the Image (old) Christmas Sentiment PennyBlack (new) and to round it off Snowflakes from 

Crafts for Christmas & Red Bow (old)

This will add to my 70 cards that i need to make for family and friends and this is my 13th card 57 to go!! 

l do like making Christmas Cards so i won't get fed up

Early Christmas Card

Weather was far better than i thought it was going to be today so l managed to get some washing on the line only problem with that is you then have to iron it!!

i first started with White Scalloped card and backed it with Red Crackled Iced card this is gorgeous and can be used as the base for any card as it's quite thick and comes in White, Red, & Green and can be bought from most craft shops or online, i cut out

Plain Green card stock which has been mounted using 3d sticky pads and the image

this was free and can be downloaded from the link below and to finish i used some peels offs

l enjoyed doing this as Christmas cards are my favourite cards to make and as i have around 70 to make for family & friends thought it would be a great idea to use this in the challenge above

And can l just say that our Anniversary has been and gone
But hate throwing hand made cards away
And was the right colours for the above challenge

Oh Squeeze me till i Squeak!!

Such a change in the weather it was dark at 9 o'clock Monday night hopefully this isn't going to be the end of our Summer we sure could do with more sun!!........ had a fabulous weekend looking after my Grand-daughter who has now started to stand up at the tender age of 8months she forgets she cannot balance too well and we know what happens then ..........lol still she's a little champion and it won't be too long before those legs are walking by themselves and that's when the fun starts and talking of fun thought i would have ago at another challenge and the challenge i would like to enter into is

l started with White Scalloped Card 6"x6" and backed it with Snowmen from a bumper Christmas collection Cd l have, Snowflakes backing papers from PinkPetticoat l curved the edges with Xcut this l do alot but fail to mention, Sentiment Lotv Red Mirror card Scalloped background punch using Woodware Collection and 3d with sticky pads, Nellie's for her gorgeous corners used Red Mirror Card again mounted with 3d and the image Snowman came from my stash also added some Silver Gemstones, Snowflake peel off and Christmas bell,

Well the weather has changed today it was so sunny and hot yesterday its still warm today but

although we might need a little rain let's hope it won't continue raining for too long!

Items used are White card which l them put a background print from Summerdriggs Freedom kit notice the stars!! the image l used was Pennyblack Calico Doll, l coloured her using Promarker pens, l mounted the image onto Silver Mirror card which has stars on but are not that noticable, mounted again onto Embossed card added some star's blue gemstones and the sentiment Let's Celebrate!!

What gorgeous weather we are having today, having strolled from blog to blog l came across a challenge which suited me .............2 reasons 1st was to show a stamp that l won from

Having started with a white card 7"x5" All the papers used came from Pink Petticoat l printed Sweet Wishes background , Cherries Crimson, Really big Dots and Sundaes, the image is from Pink Gems which l won in a challenge recently, the image is Ice Cream Ellie she's Gorgeous! this l coloured with Promarkers and cut it out and layered with 3d sticky pads onto a plain Doily which l had from my stash, Flowers from the PinkGems win, Blue gem stones & Green peel offs from my stash  Sentiment is part of the image which says

Well, it's Saturday and as i had some spare time i thought i would take up this challenge for

Pennyblack Saturday Challenge -----Bunting Week 160

l have used Cream Hammer Card Stock, with Plain green card as a base colour, i used Pennyblack Image from the Wonderful Critters Party Set, then i stamped the image on to plain white card and Mounted it on Green card to give it some hight with 3d sticky pads coloured the image using Promarker pens, i then used 2 Stamps...........  Best Wishes which is from Kodomoline.com & Special Friend that i recently purchased from pink Gem Designs i did the same with the Sentiments Mounted them on green card and 3d with sticky pads, and just to fill in the gaps i placed Green Card Cindy,

Life's a bar of Chocolate!!

I wasn't sure which challenge  i wanted to do today so l decided to look on the Feline Playful Challenge and came across this one from CCEESTAMPERS.BLOGSPOT.COM my choice was for a Chocolate card and as l come from a large family l have another sister's birthday this month so thought this card would be a great card to make and enter it in the challenge.

The Recipe for this Challenge was using a Blank white 6x6 Scolloped Card which l then directly printed the background from Pink Petticoat range Double Cream Chocolate, Image from Printable Heavens 2011, they have some great stuff, Gold Mirror Card from my stash, Brown Card Candy to give the effect of Chocolate buttons l spreaded them on the Backing image, Font is Chocolate drop which says Happy Birthday to a sweet sister & Life's a bar of Chocolate!! l have used the Gold Mirror card on all the images and Sentiments and built each one using some 3D sticky pad, l have also 3D the bowl of Chocolate which makes it even more delicious yum yum!

A Merry Christmas

Hi to my Fellow Friends,

Well today l have decided at a very late moment to enter into another Challenge and this challenge is for

Design2Delight using the Three Colours Specified, Red Blue + White and l have used the Christmas Theme, Purely because l am ashamed to say l don't own any images from Faiths Store but l have had a look and will be purchasing one shortly!

I have taken the background colours Red,Blue + White and printed it directly onto the white card, placed the Mounted Snowman Image onto some Red Mirror Card and to give it a little bit of a lift l used Double sided 3D Form Squares, To decorate the Snowman l used some Stickle Green + Red on his hat Red Gem Stones on his Belly Silver for a little snow Red Card Candy, The Image + Background came from a Decoupage CD that l have owned for a long time but never really used it so thought this might come in useful for the Challenge,

Another Birthday Coming up!!

Hi Everbody,

Another day Another Challenge, This card is for Penny Black Saturday Challenge Week 157

and the theme is Stitching which l don't do alot off!!......... anyway, thought l would give it ago as l'm really liking these challenges, To begin with l managed to stitched a Zig Zag design on the bottom of the card using 2 colours of cotton Pink + lilac and as l may say so did this by hand!! l don't own a sewing maching!! the card used is White embossed with Hearts which l coloured using my Promarker pens, l added some pearly Pink Adhesive gems, Pink Glitter peel off, Happy Birthday Sentiment and last but not least my Penny Black stamp also coloured with Promarker pens, hope you like this and if your happy with what you see please leave your comments, any comments that you do leave are gratefully appreciated and l read them all, Many Thanks Sandra H xx

Birthday cup cake Easel card

Hi to all you readers,

Hope you had a good day the weather turned out far better than expected, the sun was lovely not sure where these weather forecasters are getting the information from as they seem to be getting it wrong!

Todays challenge l have chosen to go for Just some lines l have never entered into this challenge before so thought l would give it a go.

The card l am entering is a Download that l purchased from Scrapbookingmad some time back

The background paper is pink with dots on and the Pyramage image is a cup cake which l layered, l also used Silver Mirror card to give a nice rim round the outside and the sentiment is Sprinkle with fun on your Birthday, l like the effect of Easel cards they are just that little bit different and make a change to send to someone who may not have received one before.
