The lady in Red .....or is it Orange?

Hello my fellow bloggers hope your well
My printer broke a few weeks back so
l replaced it with a new one
After getting use to it l replaced one of the cartridges
Well the Printer decided to throw a stropp
Printing pages and pages of codes to which l hadn't a clue about
So after a lot of savory words l packed it up and took it back to the shop
Got a full refund and bought yet another one
Set it up went through all of the instructions and it just couldn't detect the internet
Awww so annoying after trying and retrying the hubby tried and it still wouldn't work
So at the moment l'm without
Anyway l made this card today to share with you
l won this image recently from here
This is Kiera isn't she just a darling!!
Items used
White card stock/Red backing papers (Snippets)
Black spotted card came from the backing of some embellishments
Adorable Kiera coloured with Promarkers
Added White pen/black pen which where a nightmare doing spots
Sentiment from create and craft
And would you believe it the dress and most of the bags are
Red to match the backing papers
But for some reason it's Orange which is nice but not my colour choice
It's dosen't match the papers gorgeous dress though
And to have a waist like that....lol
Thank you for joining me hope you enjoy the rest of the week and have a great weekend

Sandra thank you for the lovely comment on my blog -so kind. You do some amazing cards too - love how you have used this image. I bought a printer from City ink express a few weeks ago - complete with the CIS system. It's great and great service from the company too. Not set up the CIS yet as I'm still using the ink that came with the printer, but well pleased with machine so far. It's an epson.

Soooo elegant Sandra! Audrey Hepburn comes to mind - showing my age there!

The only help I can give is that we now both have Canon printers - but just ink jet ones. I like simples :)

Hugs, Di xx

I'm so sorry about your printer issues, Sandra! :( I love my Canon printer, but gosh it flies through the ink. I'd love to use more digital papers, but the two times I did it just drained it so fast. :( Ink is so expensive. I hope you get your printer issues resolved soon!
Your card is gorgeous! So elegant and beautiful, just like the image! I love the color combination and the clever design. Fantastic work as always, my talented friend! :o)

Hugs and blessings!

Fab card, great image. We had the same problem with our new printer, we had to get an IT chap in to sort it. Apparently happens a lot with new printers, you need an IT person to sort it.

Fingers crossed Marianne l managed to print from it today so l'm hoping it's okay but thanks l will bear that in mind xx
