Here is a card l have made for my grandson
l have used lots of snippets of cards for the balloons
And banners which he just loves
The background paper is from a pad l have had for years
Not sure of the name but it sure came in handy for this card
Other items used are
White scalloped card/blue/green/yellow card stock
l stamped the sentiment and used 3D sticky pads to for dimension
l would like to enter into the challenge below
